SHIPPING AND RETURNS

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Atomic Airsoft
“Customer” refers to the purchaser of goods or services
“Goods” refers to all parts, components, or products supplied

2. Made-to-Order & Custom Parts

All products are manufactured to order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to the bespoke nature of the goods:

• Items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or not as described
• The Customer is responsible for ensuring all specifications, dimensions, and requirements are correct prior to manufacture

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Customer-Supplied Specifications

Where goods are manufactured to drawings, measurements, or specifications provided by the Customer:

• The Company is not responsible for errors in design, fitment, or functionality
• The Company will manufacture parts exactly to the provided specification
• Any issues arising from incorrect information supplied are the sole responsibility of the Customer

Written confirmation of specifications may be requested before production begins.

4. Design Advice Disclaimer

Any advice, suggestions, or opinions provided by the Company are given in good faith.

However:

• Final responsibility for design suitability and application rests with the Customer
• The Company accepts no liability for performance or compatibility unless explicitly agreed in writing

5. Quality & Faults

All goods will be:

• Manufactured with reasonable care and skill
• In accordance with agreed specifications

If a product is:

• Incorrectly manufactured
• Faulty due to workmanship

The Company will, at its discretion:

• Repair
• Replace
• Or refund the item

Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.

6. Tolerances

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Standard machining tolerances apply
• Minor variations within acceptable engineering tolerances do not constitute a fault

7. Lead Times

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to workload, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

The Company is not liable for:

• Delays in production
• Consequential losses arising from delays

8. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to manufacture unless otherwise agreed
• Orders will not enter production until payment is received

9. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk passes to the Customer upon dispatch
• The Company is not responsible for delays caused by couriers

10. Customs, Import Duties & International Shipping

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that goods comply with local import laws.

Atomic Machining accepts no responsibility for:

• Customs delays
• Seizures
• Confiscation or destruction of goods

All import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the Customer.

No refunds or replacements will be provided for items affected by customs actions.

11. Product Use & Legal Responsibility

All products are sold as components only.

The Customer is responsible for:

• Ensuring lawful use
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Atomic Machining accepts no liability for:

• Misuse
• Modification
• Illegal use of any products supplied

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses
• Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied

13. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted if:

• The item is faulty
• The item does not match agreed specifications

Custom-made goods are otherwise non-returnable.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the Customer confirms they:

• Have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
• Agree to be bound by them

By proceeding with this order, you confirm all specifications are correct and you accept our Terms & Conditions, including our no-refund policy on custom-made parts.
