SHIPPING

We ship all orders using royal mail, either the 48 or 24 hour tracked service, Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be provided on your account.

We ship world wide and will use Royal Mail, If your country is not available please contact us for a shipping quote.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order for any reason then please contact us as soon as possible. A cancellation charge ( 4% ) will be made to cover any incurred costs at that time, please contact us with regards to this.

Atomic AIRSOFT Guarantee

The benefits given to the purchase by the ATOMIC AIRSOFT guarantee are addition to all other rights and remedies which the purchaser has in respect of the equipment under the legislation of the appropriate country of purchase.

  1. This guarantee covers all non consumable parts.
  2. You must provide proof of purchase (invoice) when you submit your equipment for repair under guarantee.
  3. Replacement of equipment is guaranteed for the remainder of the original ATOMIC AIRSOFT guarantee.
  4. This guarantee covers our products against leakage and breakage.
  5. Guarantee is valid for one year and is effective from the date of delivery/collection.

Guarantee does not cover

  1. Equipment failures caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, accidental breakage, lightning strikes, mains voltage fluctuation, earthquakes, vermin infestation or liquid spillage.
  2. ATOMIC AIRSOFT will not be responsible for any damages if the purchased item has been abused or mishandled, subjected to physical use and abuse so as to cause leaks.

Delivery agreement – ATOMIC AIRSOFT

  1. Arrangements must be made to take delivery of your item(s). The larger heavier items will require four people or more.
  2. You must inform us about any special factors that we need to know about when delivering our products. Anything that may result in delivery being more costly or taking longer than it should. Items such as parking restrictions, tolls, narrow hallways, stairs to negotiate.
  3. You must inspect all items at the time they are delivered before you sign for your shipment. You must make certain that everything that you ordered is within the package (s). We expect all products purchased by you and shipped by ATOMIC AIRSOFT to arrive in excellent condition. However, it is your obligation to check all items carefully.
  4. Failed delivery attempts due to late cancellations or otherwise due to reasons outside of our control will incur additional delivery charges if you require a second delivery attempt. Alternatively collection will be available free of charge.
  5. Cancellations or changes to deliver orders before the cut of period of 1 day will not incur any additional charges

 

There is nothing in these Terms and Conditions that will affect your statutory rights.

 

RETURN POLICY

If an item is suspected to be faulty please contact us within 7 days stating the problem. As per our guarantee we guarantee all non consumable parts.

If you have a damaged or faulty item please return the item in its original condition to us for either a full refund or replacement. we will cover the postage costs up to the  value of £5.50.

Any returns that are deemed not faulty will not be covered by our returns policy and no postage refunds will be given.

If a suspected faulty item is returned and found to be in working order it will be returned to the purchaser at additional cost to the purchaser.

If the purchaser does not pay for the return of the working item within 7 days we reserve the right to charge the purchased items cost as a restocking and administration fee.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the items in a timely manor ensuring that sufficient packaging and insurance has been used.

Any damages to returned products will not be covered by us.
